What projectxy takes care of

  • The mandatory details in a fixed place: number, date, service period, tax number or VAT ID, tax rates.
  • Consecutive number ranges you design yourself (e.g. RE-2026-0001), reset automatically at the turn of the year.
  • Finalised invoices can only be changed in a traceable way: “Edit” keeps the previous version, “Correct invoice” creates a cancellation credit note and a new invoice.
  • Cash discount, discounts, several tax rates, small business regulation – projectxy calculates from your details and shows the amounts.
  • PDF with your logo in three layouts, GiroCode for paying via banking app, XRechnung for public authorities.
  • Sending by e-mail directly from the application, “sent” status, matching incoming payments.
