What is projectxy?
Business software for small companies: invoices and receipts, staff rota and time tracking, calendar and routes in one interface – in the browser on computer, tablet and phone.
Do I need accounting knowledge?
No. projectxy guides you through invoices, reminders and receipt capture and explains technical terms right in the app. It does not replace full bookkeeping with annual accounts – for that there is the export for your tax advisor.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany. Only if you switch on AI features is the necessary information sent to the AI service Anthropic – based on the EU standard contractual clauses and without training on your data. You can export your data at any time.
Does the AI decide for me?
No. The AI makes suggestions – an appointment, an invoice, a week of shifts – and you confirm. Nothing is saved until you click, and the owner can switch the AI off at any time.
Is there an app?
projectxy runs in the browser on any device and can be added to your home screen. The Android app is in progress as a preview; the iOS app will follow.
Which businesses is projectxy for?
