What projectxy takes care of
- XRechnung to EN 16931 in UBL 2.1 format – the format federal, state and many local authorities require.
- The file is generated from the same invoice as the PDF, so amounts, tax rates and totals always match.
- Store the routing ID per customer; it goes into the XML file automatically.
- Sent as an e-mail attachment together with the PDF – the recipient gets both in one message.
- Also as ZUGFeRD 2.3 (PDF/A-3 with embedded CII XML, profile EN 16931) – including e-mail dispatch, customer link and export.
- Read incoming e-invoices: UBL and CII files as well as XML from ZUGFeRD and Factur-X PDFs. You transfer the detected values into an expense.
- The original file stays stored with the document, unchanged.
