projectxy currently runs without public plans. Access is activated by the operator after a short review – no payment details.
Use is free for one month.
Request or invitation
Request access via the contact page – or use the invitation you received from the operator.
Review
We review the request and send you an invitation. With it you create your account, confirm your e-mail address and set up your company.
Activation
After setup we activate access. You will receive an e-mail as soon as documents can be created.

The operator decides at activation which package and which extensions a company receives.

What does projectxy cost?
There are currently no public plans. The operator agrees the terms individually and activates access.
How quickly do you reply to a request?
Usually within one working day. With the invitation you create your account and set up your company; activation follows after a short review.
What happens when access ends?
The company account switches to read-only: you can still view and export everything, but not create new documents.
Do I need accounting knowledge?
No. projectxy guides you from quote to payment, assigns the consecutive number itself and calculates tax rates, discounts and early-payment discounts.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes: CSV lists for invoices, payments, expenses, customers and products, every document as a PDF, and an annual report. In the Business and Team packages, also the accountant package with all documents for a period as a ZIP.
